Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God, accidents, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
6. Insurance and Liability

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or other items not directly related to the roofing work unless caused by our gross negligence. Customers are responsible for removing or protecting personal property in and around work areas.
7. Access to Property

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Weber County, Utah, in accordance with Utah law. Each party will bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utah Roof Consulting's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Utah Roof Consulting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from customer's failure to disclose material information, interference with work, or violation of these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, estimates, and documentation provided by Utah Roof Consulting remain our property. Customers may not reproduce or distribute these materials without our written permission.
